Council Meetings -5 members – are the 2nd Tuesday, and 4th Monday of the month Special Meetings can be called. Council Meetings are decision making meetings. Motions are made. Votes are cast.
WDDA – (Webberville Downtown Development Authority) 9 members – This board receives portions of the tax money in the Tax Increment Finance District and can only be used in the TIF District.
The WDDA will hold 2 Special Meeting – Public Hearings prior to regular meetings at 5:20 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers.
SPC (Strategic Planning Committee) meetings are usually held at 5pm before a regular scheduled council meeting of the month. They may be canceled if there is no new business to take care of before for an event.

Special Meetings may be called. There may be quorums of other boards attending a meeting. Any Special Meeting or regular meeting changes will be posted on the front window of the Cultural Center and the Website. All meetings are open to the public. Public Comment can only be made during state public comment times.
