Ford Building Located at 124 W Grand River
The DDA is working on turning this into a event center for the community. This will be a multiple room and have a public patio space.

The FORD Building was an old Ford Dealership, believed to be built in the 1920/1930s. This building was a staple to the town over many years.
After decades of disrepair the building was years away from collapsing. Being the biggest single floor building in the Downtown, the DDA chose to save this building.
Renovations Included:
- New Utilities and Connections to the building
- Repairing the rear of the building
- Replacing all the Windows with the original size windows
- Renovating the Whole Building
- Fixing and Waterproofing the Basement
- Installing Fire Suppression System
- 2 Brand New Bathrooms
- Corner Patio with Sail Panel System
- New Sidewalk
- New Parking on West Side of Building
- All New Up-to-date Electrical
- All New Up-to-date plumbing
- All New HVAC Systems
- Audio/Visual Throughout the Space
