Community Picnic

Thank you to everyone who took part in this years community picnic! It was wonderful to see everyone out and about on Friday 6/9/2023 enjoying great music, seeing the classics, looking at the talented vendors items for sale, and much more. This is the first community picnic since 2019, and we couldn’t have asked for a better turn out and beautiful weather.

*BnJ’s Discount pallet Finds for supplying the car show prizes.

*Lions club for bringing the Kidsight program and assisting our DPW staff cooking and prepping the food.

*Mr. and Mrs. Martin for serving all of our wonderful residents.

*Ms. Stanfield, Mr. Weaver, and Mr. Schulte for volunteering at the dunk tank.

*NIESA, Ingham County Sheriffs, and ML Chartier for bringing their trucks to show the kids.

*All of the vendors and classic car enthusiasts.

*The Garden Club, Friends of the Library, Calvary Church, and the united Methodist church for bringing games and snacks for the kids.

*Signs on the spot for making the yard signs.

*The Mitchells pub staff for working hard serving during the picnic.

*To everyone who helped us get this planned and put together the best we could.

Hope everyone enjoyed their time, and we hope to throw another wonderful picnic next year.
