Council Meetings -5 members – are the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Special Meetings can be called.  Council Meetings are mostly decision making meetings. Motions are made. Votes are cast.

Committee of the Whole – are held the 4th Tuesday of the month (except November and December),  These meetings are usually “Work Sessions”. Topics are discussed, but there are no decisions made.  No voting.
